I hated that Monroe seat on our B. I took it off and replaced it with an original seat and brackets that I bought on e-bay. Later I added the buddy seat with help from Gene Bender. Most people say that they find the Monroe seat more comfortable but I have spent all day in both and prefer the original big pan seat with a good seat cover on it.
