14.9 X 28 are a bit too big as it is (when new). I don't know about the 16.9 X 26 since good info on tractor tire diameters is hard to find. If they have a bigger OD, I would not use them. B-275 ought to have 12.4 X 28. I assume you're cheap like me and don't buy new tires.
I've got three B-275s. 14.9 X 28 tires with good tread will rub/hit certain types of three-point hitch equipment.
