I only find 481806R21 (not R1). Called "housing with bushing for swing 1965 and newer. Used in the 3120,3130,3140. Same housing for the 3121 and 3131 is 481806R31.
The earlier part for the 3120, 3130, 3140 is 468329R11 and used in hoes 1962 to 1965. So that makes your hoe 1966 or newer.
