After salvaging everything worth anything off of this B to supply the one I"m restoring, my plan was to head it towards the salvage yard. Engine is stuck, block is cracked, gears sound horrible. I made a joke to my wife about putting it out in the yard to put Christmas lights on. Damned if she didn"t think that was a good idea! So, I put it back together loosely, many pieces missing, but looks ok from the road. Cut some sod, put down some rock, and pushed it out there. Only thing missing is a mag, which I still have to assemble a junk one. I took a drive to see Gene Bender yesterday, heck of a nice guy. He"s given me advice before, and supplied me with a couple things I needed. Many thanks to him!
