The way I see it, there may be 4 options for installing the rims: 1. Valve stem out - rim bolted to front of wheel. 2. Valve stem out - rim bolted to back of wheel. 3. Valve stem in - rim bolted to front of wheel. 4. Valve stem in - rim bolted to back of wheel.
What really has me baffled is that there is a "slotted" area around each bolt hole. The slotted area faces the tractor.
However, the slotted area seems to be a "nice" place for the clamps on the rims.
