In my opinion you do not know if it is injecting or not. Dry injector lines can take several minutes to fill, (way hard on the starter) Use a pump type oil can with diesel fuel in it to pump diesel into the lines. Take one at a time off of the injector, and loosen the fitting at the pump. Squirt diesel into the line until filled and leaking out the pump end. Tighten the pump fitting and squire a bit more into the line and injector. Fasten the injector fitting. Repeat for all lines. I cannot give pull starting directions as I do not know what tractor it is. Jim
