Was going to comment the other day but got derailed. 94 Clevite bearing catalog shows the UD18 and UD18A power units use the D691 engine, a 6 cyl 43/4x61/2. Out of some 500 or so pieces of IH Ag eqpmt listed, only shows the D691 in TD18, TD18A, TD22 200 and 201 series crawlers. There's also a DT691 (turbo, I assume). IH sold a lot of engines to const and ind'l eqpmt bldrs, as mentioned, so if nothing turns up you might try const forums like hcea. good luck.
