Thanks for all the responded to my question. I've plowed a lot of ground with the #39 plow behind Dad's DC Case up in northern Colorado years ago and just found one for sale here in central Texas. The #39 was a trail type 2-way that when you tripped with the rope, the whole frame that held the bottoms filpped end over end and latched in the raised position till you made your turn around. I'll admit its been almost 40 years since I was up close to one, but the frame on this one seems larger than I remember. Also the leveling cranks are parallel to the frame, not up at a 45 degree angle like the #39. It's a IH plow all right but the owner painted over all the factory stencils. Just wondering if any one knew of another model tumble bug plow like this,( 2-16 inch bottoms)
