Bienvenue Bernard, We have missed your expertise on the 74/84/95/30/40 series tractors. My brother's 3230 has the same problem, it is very hard to change between Lo and Rev, his solution is to leave it in Lo T/A when he is using the loader and shifting gears a lot.
There is another post from an owner of a 584 without T/A and with the new style H pattern gear shift having a difficult time shifting into Rev. Do you have any advice for him?
