To tractor vet: Thanks for the tip and will try it. Also, I had a neighbor tell me that I should try to go with another brand of gasoline than what I have been using, as that gas caused his gasoline powered welder to run rough. So I am going to try to isolate this problem with a more systematic approach, thanks to your help and the help of others on things to try to resolve the problem. Thanks again.
