Yesterday I was picking up rocks in little trailer I built 20+ years ago, down on the ground I noticed the wheels had a logo, wire brushed it, turned out to be IHC. Wheel rims are 32" apart. I bought this little set of wheels with axle in a junk yard. I think this might have been originally a set of wheels for hauling a cart out of a mine-shaft??? An idea of IHC quality, these wheels have never gone flat.
