I would not pay more than scrap price and that might be about $500 and then only if you are in love with the tractor. To fix it right you are going to spend about another $3,000 to $5,000 depending on how much you hire out. After that you will have a tractor you can sell for about $1,200 to $1,500. It will be a labor of love. FYI it most likely is a 3-point hitch kit added at some point.
