These disk are supposed to be dry and free of oil. If the oil seal is leaking and the disk and friction surfaces are oily, it will cause the breaks to grab. First try using regular break cleaner to remove oil if you see any and that should solve the grabbing problem. You then have to find the source of the oil and get it stopped. It could be water in the trans/rear end. Check the oil level in the case by removing the plug under the operator platform on the rear right. If it is high try removing the main drain at the bottom and drain any water in the case. When oil comes out replace the plug. I would almost bet you have water in the trans/rear end. It may also be a bad oil seal. Enjoy!
