I would want to see a good grade for the two bolts into the bolster. They are the weakest point in that arrangement and if one breaks you have a free range tractor.
That high attach point has the inherent problem that the towed tractor will try to rise and climb over the tow vehicle if brakes are used hard enough. Generally not a problem, and not sure if (Farmall) brakes could even manage it, but something to be think about. I would expect the more likely issue of the towed tractor front tires getting light and then sliding while braking when turning. Patience is your friend eh!
