The return line on the foot n inch pedal is the larger line. Not the one coming off the end with a T and a cap on it for checking drive pressure. The two other lines are small steel pipes coming off the top of the valve on left side of tractor and they lead up under the dash to the drive control valve. I would do those tests first before worrying about capsules in drive control valve but they are located right above the battery under dash. You can go to CASEIH web site and poke around until you see search for parts and you can bring up a complete parts catalog and that should help locate things.
