Carbs do not suck fuel from the line, so the first issue is finding if it is getting sufficient fuel. Remove the fitting at the carb, use a clean pan and test the flow by turning on the valve at the sediment bowl. If a soda straw size stream flows it is good. if not clean the supply. if good, the carb is not flowing fuel internally. If you purchased a rebuilt carb, I would send it back. If you did it, purchase a can of carb clean that is big enough to submerge the carb parts. leave for two days. then use fine wires and air to blow out each and every passage. Jim
