REX the I&T Shop Manual (they built tractors didn't they??) is 45 foot pounds. The technique I used on the H was start in the center and work my way out each direction. I have seen others comment about torquing to 30 foot pounds or so on all the bolts then work up to 45 foot pounds. Be ready to retorque after running a couple of hours. The ones on my H loosened considerably after 2 hours of running. I also retorqued at 30 hours. Only the center ones were off a tad at that point.
