Thanks a bunch! I went ahead and called Marian and like expected the first 4 tries were busy. That can definetly be expected, I am sure everyone and their brother are calling him.
I talked to his wife and she stated that the gates will open the Mon. before at 8:00 a.m. for sign-in. She did tell me that on Thurs, they will be there at 7:00 (gates for public open at 8:00) but the road to gate 6 will be closed. Therefore, anyone still trying to enter equipment will need to come in from the South off of Route 14.
