location and shipping potential cost are always the main factor. I have a pair of cutoffs for an F-30, that the rims are shot, but the hubs and spokes are in very good condition. I should scrap 'em, but are keeping them around in case someone needs them. I will give them away to someone looking for them, but the $10 I'll get from scrap (if that) isn't that attractive to me.
So, in your case, put out an add for $25-$30 bucks and see what happens. The reality is, these are NOT being made anymore. The other reality is, that cutoffs are not worth as much as the round spokes are. Either way, someone can use them, and what little extra $$ you might get on a load of scrap isn't that much.
Your call, your wheels. Personally, I would sooner give my F30 hubs to someone who needs them rather than scrap 'em.
