I put my wheel weights on Sunday afternoon, I put both weights on the land (left) side. The bolt specs were provided by FarmallHal, he got them from his Farmall IH Parts Catalog.
For the first set bolted to the cast iron center: 3/4" x 4 3/4" NC machine bolts along with 3/4" lock washers and hex nuts.
For the second weight that bolts to the first weight: 3/4" x 3 3/4" NC machine bolts along with lock washers and hex nuts. washers should be 1 1/4" OD x 25/32" ID 10 gauge.
I ended up purchasing the bolts from fastenal.com, for the first set instead of 4 & 3/4 length I went with 5", for the second set instead of the 3 & 3/4" length I went with 4"
first set: http://www.fastenal.com/web/products/detail.ex?sku=20373 Fastenal part no 20373 ¾-10 x 5” plain finish square head bolt $4.42 each
second set: http://www.fastenal.com/web/products/detail.ex?sku=20369 Fastenal part no 20369 ¾-10 x4” plain finish square head bolt $3.65 each
I got lock washers and hex nuts from tractor supply as well as 1 1/4" machine bushings that I put behind the lock washers.
Each weight is 145 lbs, I lifted a weight to the cast iron center, lined up the holes and had my wife slip the top bolt in and finger tighten the nut. Then I was able to put in the other 3.
I used the method of 1st weight to wheel center and 2nd weight to 1st weight because I was lifting them by hand, but another method is getting longer bolts and connecting both weights with the 4 bolts instead of 8. Good luck.
