Johnny -

Presuming your Super M is equipped with the engine-mounted hyd pump (located on the side of the motor ahead of the distributor) then you should have 2-way hydraulics.

You sure everything is plumbed correctly on the tractor (I've seen some messed up pretty bad), and the reservoir is full of fluid?
