No photo, but the end of the shifter should be made to fit into the shifting rail. If the slot in the rail is 3/8 wide, then make the end of the shift lever just under .375 and make it almost the same length as the slot. The end of the shifter shoud be retangular in shape and the corners will become rounded off over time. SDE
