Was going to suggest pressurizing the radiator to look for the source but then re-read and realized you already did that.
Showing up on the cam is probably a leaking head gasket or head/deck surface itself. If you solve the issue and use the same block again, be sure to change those cam bearings first, along with the rods and mains, antifreeze eats then up.
