HOW in the world did they decide what size to make the hand hole for adjusting the clutch> Im thinking somebody there had a baby and they stuck its hand in a series of holes till they found just the one that didnt bruse its hand too much going in and out, and used that dia for the hand hole. I cant see (LITERALLY), I cant see how to get something in there to pull the pin, and I sure as heck cant see how youd ever find the hole to put it back. My fingers can just touch the pin ends, and thats it. Is there a trick Im missing,
OTHER, Than to find somebody with younger, smaller hands whos a machanic and let them do it??
Im more inclined, if I have to get a machanic to do it, to go ahead and replace clutch plate and pressure plate at the same time. If I only have him in to adjust the clutch, and pay him for that, and that dont do it, and we have to tear it down anyhow, then ill be paying him as much IF not a bit more anyhow. With it all done at the same time, I can be way more assured of it being done and finished. Besides being my lawnmower, and weak left arm, its also my hoveround.
