You should find some zerk fittings through the hole in the left side and in the bottom of the clutch housing. Shoot some grease in them, but only 1 or 2 strokes. I only have experience with a Super A, not an A but I assume they are the same or similar. Those clutch zerks only need to be greased about once a year. As I recall, you may have to rotate the engine to get the one you reach through the bottom in position to grease it. We only used to do it when we could not get the thing to go in gear because the transmission would not stop turning.
