You need to contact "rustyfarmall" who frequents this forum. The part you have broken is the venturi (p/n 45118D or 64986D they are optional to each other per my parts catalog) and I believe somewhat hard to obtain but I have never needed a replacement so not really positive. It is a very critical part of your updraft carb on the tractor for getting fuel into the cylinders.
