Thanks for your quick response to my question on Super A brakes. You are right about the year. It is a 1948 not 1947. SN is FAA SN 253728. Mine is the Hi-Crop/Cultivision model. I may or may not attempt the brake job myself. I just did the brakes on my 1968 Chev 1-ton dually and my back and shoulders are still complaining. The tractor job will be a bit tougher than that. I'll check with my local tractor shop (Trusty Tractor in Shelton, WA) to see how much they would charge. Thanks again, Norm Curtis Tahuya, WA
