You are correct, Those carburetors were built by Zenith, BUT, they were built to IH specifications and none of the parts will interchange with any other Zenith carburetor.
Also, the venturi for the H carburetor is obsolete. No longer available from Case-IH.
Not likely you will find one in a salvage yard either unless you buy the complete carburetor and if the tractor it was on was a "fence row find", most likely the carburetor will not be any better than what you have.
I have one or two brand new venturis, and a couple of used venturis, but none are for sale.
