There are a number of ways that might work. Blocking the clutch pedal down for a few days may do it. Or drive it around in the highest gear you can safely do so in since the higher the gear the more pull is put on the clutch so more likely to free up sooner. Then if you can also add some sort of load to it that helps more. BUT only do the driving thing if you can do so in a safe way because you will not be able to stop it till the clutch frees up so you could run something over that you do not want to run over. You can also pull the starter off and then spray brake cleaner spray on the clutch which may also free it up
