I hesitate to bring this up but I'm wanting to vent a little and get some advise on what you guys would do.
The Show Me Tractor Cruise for this year has been cancelled and from what I can tell will no longer be held. I know none of the details as to why this has happened. This was to be the 10th annual cruise. During last years event there was a lot of talk and excitment about this year cruise being it was the 10th anniversary. I know of a lot of people who were looking forward to this. It is always held the last weekend in June and we typically get letters mailed by some time in early May. After not recieving any information and wondering what was going on I check the website and it was announced there that after 9 years we've given up. Thanks for a good time. I just feel this was a poor way of handeling things. I'm sure most of the men that usually ride on the cruise have never even looked at the website in the entire history of the cruise. Another thing to add is that I along with numerous other drivers from last year paid for the DVD that has always been put together. There has been no DVD put together and no means to make things right with getting my money back.
Maybe I shouldn't care or even say anything not know why this happened. I just feel this was a poor way of handeling this situation. This was a large cruise that a lot of people attended and raised a lot of money.

It was on one such Saturday in the early 1940's when Sam was 16 years old that he ended up in Dennison, Kansas to watch a demonstration of a new tractor being put on by a local dealer. It was an Allis-Chalmers tractor dealership,
