Were it mine, I would first remove the coil wire. then I would put a PTO yoke on the PTO (just a yoke) with a tool steel bar through the Joint holes at least 3 feet long. Engage the PTO and turn the engine with the hand crank till the bar locks against the drawbar. Then I would put 150 to 200 pounds on the crank handle with it out to the right (put a cushion or blocking under the weight to prevent it from falling more than 5 inches or so). Then I would block down the clutch pedal so it is released. If it breaks loose, cool, if not, I would remove the starter, and using a brass drift punch about 3/4 inch in dia. against the flywheel and rap it with a hammer, About like driving a roofing nail. If nothing, I would leave it for a few days. to see if it breaks loose. A modest pry bar on the flywheel teeth might also assist. Good luck. Jim
