Hi Jason, pipe #39 is the high pressure retun from end plate where remote valve normally is to the draft control return. By removing pipe #39 and diverting flow to new hydraulic valves, high pressure flow is now going to new valves. You could plumb return line into draft control return instead of drain plug under the axle but all the loader installations that I have seen follows the left hand side of the diagram that I posted. I hope your 684 has pipe #39 and draft control under the seat because about a year ago someone posted on here about a 674 that he had bought from the state and it had no remotes and no draft control and no pipe #39.
