If you are doing lawn mowing, the Super A will handle the 72 inch mower. I'm talking about a belly mower, such as made by Woods. I would not put a 72 inch mower on a Super A 3 point hitch. I think it would be too heavy and you would have problems with the offset PTO. If you go with a 60 inch belly mower, you can go through fairly tall grass in second gear. For the Woods mower, you have to have the belt pulley attachment, as the vee belt for the mower runs off that shaft. You don't need the flat belt pulley. I also assume you are talking about a Super A, not an A as the A did not have any hydraulic system.
