I am new to this forum and new to the tractor restoration hobby. I have farmall 450 lpg and i am having some clutch problems. When i bought the tractor it didnt run and after a while i got it running and it ran fine. Then i figured out that it needed a new clutch and pressure plate. So iwent onto ebay and bought a replacement clutch and pressure plate. I then split the tractor and put the new clutch in. I followed all the steps and put it back together and when i went to start it it started fine but after about 5 minutes running it started shooting out white smoke from the crankcase breather. I checked the oil which was at the correct level. Even after i put the new clutch in, it still doesnt seem to work. I adjusted the clutch forks but still no luck. If somebody could help me out and tell me how to fix the engine from smoking and help me get the clutch working properly.
