Running for 50 seconds. allows you to make the following experiment. It will place certainty in the diagnosis. Take a used spark plug wire (any type will do) use a utility knife to cut a wedge out of the insulation and notch the conductor so that it has a 1/8" gap. Connect this in place of the coil wire. This evening when it gets dark (or inside with covered windows) have someone start the tractor, and watch the spark. If the spark stops when the tractor does, it is ignition. If it continues strongly, the fuel delivery is at fault. If it is fuel, i imagine it is the float needle and seet. Jim
