Growing up it seemed everyone had John Deere 640 side delivery rakes or a New Holland.
I'm looking at an IH 4 bar side delivery rake - owner calls it a model 14 - no front wheel. Is the 4 bar that big of deal compared to a 5 bar (will be used mostly with brome - some prairie grass) and does anyone have experience with this model (good, bad, other)?
