According to my FCI-1A "Farmall Implements Manual for C&SC", available from Binder Books. It looks like you have a C-277 planter unit with runner bottoms and C-61-B fertilizer attachments. Hopper is duplex type.
Finding the drives for a C is going to be tough. I accumulated 2 sets by accident looking for drives for my SC. It took well over a year and I ended up buying several tractors just for those parts. I recently sold those 2 "C" sets on eBay. Mine where the only sets I've ever seen. SC drives are just as hard to find, folks are asking between $3-600. Having yours duplicated is a good choice.
