Looks a complete seat assembly is what you need, shouldn't be to hard to come by. Your are right that twisted off bolt holds a small piece of strap metal 2 or 3 inches long to hold the PTO rod in place. Not sure what is correct for draw bar support, none of my 4 are the same, a W9,SWD9,600,650. But is time for the torch and a bit of heat that should get that bolt out. The rod in ther 4th picture is the starter rod, hooks to the short lever on the starter.
