The problem is there are not a lot of WD-9/W-9s here in SE WI. We have a good local yard that had one. He wanted $30 for a worn out seat. I told him no thanks and I am kicking myself for that now. It would be better to rebuild a worn seat than reconstruct this one.
I went to Jim Johnson, Haskens Tractors, and Franzen Family Tractors in Miles and Monmouth, IA. No luck there on anything I needed. Franzen's had two gas tractors, but they wern't much more than a rear end and engine tub. There was a guy scrapping some out by Austin, MN. I contacted him, but never saw a picture of a seat assembly. I should probably try to find him again.
If anybody has a good seat assembly, battery box support, or drag link I would be interested. Some of those parts might get a little big/heavy to ship, but I am sure it could still work.
The drag link is bent up pretty bad and has a big wear hole in it. If I can find one reasonable I might be better off to go that route.

Originally the company was called the Cleveland Motor Plow Company which began in 1912, then the Cleveland Tractor Company (1917) and finally Cletrac.
