My son and his family came down last week for a visit. While he was here, we decided to see if we could locate the 560 my Dad farmed with back in the early 60's. I know the man that owns it now and through several phone calls finally got hold of him. He was out of town but said we were more than welcome to go take pics and look at it. When we got there, not only did we find last one Dad used, but also another 560 he had used, along with a 6 row planter. Both tractors were running when they parked 2 years ago. One has some "southern engineered" wheel fenders mounted because they used it to pull a little trailer in the cotton fields to pick up tumbleweeds and cockleburrs ahead of the strippers. The other one was used to pull a sandfighter with. Going to call the guy back this week and see if we negotiate a reasonable price for the tractor and planter.
