All depends on just how hot they got. Might be nothing wrong that a little paint won't fix, or it might be the sheet metal is all warped and useless, all of the oil and grease seals are melted, and in worse case scenario, even the cast iron will be weakened.
We salvaged the rims from a hayrack that burnt, thinking those rims, with some good tires would make good spares for the other wagons. One of those rims was put on a wagon hauling corn from the combine to the bin, and that rim almost made one complete trip before it literally just folded up.
