What Brand of Plow clevis/loop is this????

Good evening Gentlemen,

I was at a friend's house the other night.When looking at his F-12,I saw this clevis bolted on the U bar.(using the center bolt hole)

As you can see,it has the letters:"TC" on one side,and the numbers: "123A" on the other.The bottom side of the ring shows it has some kind of "lugs" cast into it.It does not look to be IH to me????

Does anybody know where this thing came from????
