Did see one sell a bit ago on ebay for $1,225 - it was NOT a Narrow Tread and had flat spokes. Nor was is as nicely restored as the one you posted a photo of, and it has a funky pipe added to the potato muffler. These pics are of the ebay tractor - in case that helps you decide a value for the tractor being offered to you.
Anyway, we figure we will easily have $1,800 (maybe 2K) stuck into our 1931 Regular before it is all said and done. [And it is not a Narrow Tread either.] We will leave ours 100% rusty and keep her for as long as we can stay on our farm - so hoping for at least 20-30 more years. We have already had people stop and ask if we would sell it... answer is, "Nope, never - matter of fact never, never" then we smile and so do they.
So if you really, really want one - and you are not wanting to flip it for resale... I would not hesitate to pay whatever it is worth to you if you can afford it. Then treasure it and enjoy!
