Hey Red - That nut came right off! Hardest part was finding a 2-1/2" socket and the right hardware to drive it. But once I got the proper tools the rest was easy. After I bent the keeper ears back and put the socket on the nut, I gave it a "test" yank - the nut gave way immediately and spun right off. The crank pulley was the same way. Got my biggest puller on it and was running the jackscrew down by hand - noticed the pulley was starting to move. So I gave the puller a tug and the whole business slid right off - never got a chance to put a wrench to the puller. I figured it was gonna take all evening to get the pulley off last nite. Instead it took less than 5 minutes - definitely NOT what I expected. (Usually stuff like this go the other way for me!) ...Bob M
