Lift all capacities

Before I put the loader back on the H for the winter, I would like to change the fluid in the lift all. How much and what kind of fluid should I put in it? Also, is there anything else to do to drain it except pull the plug on the botton of the lift all. Thanks guys. I sure have learned a lot from this board.
