If soaking the pistons with atf doesn't free them I would move the tractor away from any building and remove anything flammable. Then pour kerosene or diesel fuel on top of a piston and set it on fire. Pull the head and oil pan off. Only do one piston at a time and have the rod cap off. When the flame dies down use a piece of 2 X 2 oak and big hammer and see if the piston will move when placing that oak against the connecting rod and smacking the the oak.
