The rollers should be round and the ramp where the rollers lock up should be flat. The back end of the carrier should mwasure 2.858 to 2.875 with no pits or roller marks. When the 2 ta halves are assembled and if the rollers work correct the carrier should turn free clockwise and lock up counter clockwise with no slip (in a vise clamped on the cast with the topshaft pointing at you). Also check the oil seal area should measure 2.933 minimum with no pits. Your ta is 363854 part number. Feel free to call for more rebuilding info. 515-368-0533
