You can get them on ebay for a lot less than $1000, I am not sure how much but not too bad. No idea on quality. I tightened up the steering in my H by unbolting the pipe plug cover over the worm gear bearing and putting a washer in between that cover and the bearing. What was causing the loose steering on mine was that the worm gear was moving back and forth in the housing for 1/8" or so rather than immediately turning the sector gear as it was intended. I went from 1/3 turn play to about 1". First washer I tried was too thick and made the steering stiff so I put in a thinner one and it was just right. Zach
