The 1206s were made in65/66/67 and we had a 6 bottom # 560 plow that we later replaced with a #700 6/16 for more clearance.That was a load and the weakest point on the tractor was the wheel centers that had two bolts that could break than were later changed to the wedge style that was much better.As tractors got bigger we just went a little faster and actually did a better job.An 8 bottom plow would have to be in light sandy soil.We did have an 8/18 but it was pulled by a 350H.P 4WD.
