Back in 1996 or so we put in new sleeves, pistons, rod and main bearings. The valves were pretty rough but at the time we could not locate replacement ones. I have since found a better network for parts but am finding out that parts are extremly expensive for that engine. If I end up taking it apart I am thinking about doing new valves (all 12), guides, seats, and springs. Depending on how the bottom edge looks as well it may just end up as a complete overhaul and do it correct and then just use it in shows and parades. The engine probaly has 1500 or so hours on it after the rebuild and ALOT of tractor pulling hours.
